I recently had a wonderful stay at this hotel. the location was perfect, situated in the main market and close to various tourist attractions. Secondly, the staff's behavior was exceptional, always going above and beyond to ensure our comfort. They even prepared a special drink for us upon request. Additionally, the rooms were well-maintained and had all the necessary facilities. it was a great value for money and the breakfast provided was delicious.

While everything else was fine, there is still room for improvement in certain areas.

Spent the most wonderful Xmas at this hotel! The food was amazing; we had so many options and all of them were delicious. Loved the location too! It was very convenient for exploring the city and experiencing all the local sights. The staff was exceptional - they were friendly and attentive, always ready to assist in any way possible. We were initially concerned about the cleanliness of the pool, as there were feathers on the surface. However, the staff promptly cleaned it as soon as they saw us approaching. They even checked the filter and ensured it was ready for us to swim in.
